With over 30 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, Victor Garza brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to VMK. His extensive career spans both the United States and Latin America, where he has played a pivotal role in advancing industry standards, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving business growth.
Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and furthered his education with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. His technical knowledge, combined with decades of hands-on industry experience, allows him to lead VMK with a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainable solutions.

With over 15 years of experience managing large-scale operations, Karla Garza brings exceptional leadership and strategic expertise to VMK. Her ability to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and foster a strong workplace culture has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
Karla is the first Hispanic female and only professional ready-mixer from South Texas to be elected to the boards of Texas Aggregates & Concrete Association, National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, and Rio Grande Valley Chapter of Associated General Contractors, organizations that represent over 100 million cubic yards of concrete production statewide and nationally. Her industry influence and dedication to operational excellence drives VMK’s commitment to quality, innovation, and leadership in the ready-mix sector.
